Space in Boston is at a premium, and the acquisition of land is the most expensive part of development. The proposal is a solution for both issues, because the mobile parks require no real commitment. Barges are shipped in and out, depending on need and circumstance. Ultimately the vision of mobile parks would create a flexible and adaptable system, that could be organized anywhere along any waterfront location.
